A lot of people are under the mistaken impression that professional wrestler Hulk Hogan performed this song, but it’s actually by Rick Derringer. The Hulkster used it as his entrance music throughout the 1980s, and it remains a staple of pop culture showing up in everything from the HBO series Eastbound & Down, to the 2011 White House Correspondent’s Dinner.
